Mahtab Hamzehlouy

Mahtab Hamzehlouy graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Tehran and Master of Arts in Architecture at Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark with a holistic approach surrounding social, cultural, environmental, and economic sustainability in design. Moreover, She has the experience of working with Danish practices such as Schmidt/Hammer/Lassen Architects in Copenhagen.
Mahtab's main passion is inclusive design, the interconnectivity of spatial qualities, and how to increase values such as equality and sustainability in cities. She seeks for creating opportunities and empowering people through small-scale planning processes and changing behavior and mobility habits using practice and theory. She mainly focuses on urban life design and the promotion of native plants in design.
Mahtab has been served at TUIC as the head of design from 2019 to 2021.
