Hamidreza Bakhtiarizadeh

Hamidreza Bakhtiarizadeh holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, a Master in Structural Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and a Master of Urban Studies from Simon Fraser University (SFU). As a researcher and practitioner, later in Iran, he focused on urban and regional economic development. Hamidreza is now a PhD candidate at The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. Switzerland.

In 2017, As a member of T-Lab, Hamidreza collaborated with TUIC on the "Surviving Mallification" project, proposing a series of actions that would help small retailers to survive in competition with shopping malls.
